These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SSR Detailing website and booking form, and the detailing services we provide. By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Booking requests

Submitting our online form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm availability, scheduling, and final details before any appointment is considered booked.

Pricing

Listed prices (Interior Detailing — $95, Exterior & Interior Detailing — $125) reflect standard pricing for typical vehicles in average condition. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, odor, stains, or larger size (e.g., trucks, SUVs, vans) may be subject to an adjusted quote, which we will always confirm with you before beginning work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. No payment is collected or processed through this website.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to offer future flexible scheduling.

Vehicle condition & liability

We take great care with every vehicle we service. However, customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or unusually fragile/aftermarket components (e.g., custom trim, prior paint damage) before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us in advance.

Mobile service

For mobile appointments, customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to water and power at the service location, unless otherwise arranged.

Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
